Senior Broker Position

This job position is for licensed insurance broker at Adaptive Insurance Group. Our company is looking for candidates with business sales and customer services experience. Candidates with insurance products and coverage knowledge are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales through various channels (Walk-ins, Telephone, Online, Social Media. etc.). Leads provided by Adaptive - no cold calling required.
• Foster and maintain client relationships, providing counsel on coverage and policy details.
• Deeply understand various insurance providers’ underwriting rules, and product features & benefits.
• Liaise effectively with clients and company underwriters, assisting with claims, policy changes, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver unmatched customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• RIBO license.
• 3+ years of experience as a broker.
