Customer Service Representative (CSR)

This job position is for CSR at Adaptive Insurance Group. Our company is looking for candidates with significant customer services experience. Candidates with insurance products and coverage knowledge are preferred.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as main liaison for commercial clients including but not limited to renewals, policy changes and interpretations, and customer resolution
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Follow up and coordinate with clients to ensure the completion of necessary documents
  • Maintain updated client information
  • Promote client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
